Professor Exley mentions Volvic water as an example of water high in silica. I couldn't find that on their site. Fiji water is high in silica. Aluminum is connected to neurological problems. You can also buy silica drops to add to your water as a daily practice. It helps to benefit hair, skin, and nails as well as detoxify aluminum. I like the Biosil brand. Inflammation is a big key with all conditions and one of the main causes. For that, daily dosing with Curcumin, at 1-2 grams, 4x/day.
