Maybe YOU should do some research! At least you could've looked at my other posts where I've asked these questions myslf and posted resources!

By the way the one thing you are right about is the form of the Psyllium: adding one TSP use the psyllium powder, husk/seed mix if possible, I'm using husk alone 'cuz it's all I could find.

As Nanabell said below you can vary these things if you do some intelligent investigation.
