WHAT!!! You haven't juiced mulberries yet!
This year, mulberries become my favorite local fruit to juice! Some days i was drinking a whole gallon of it! And its now what i am most looking forward to having again next year (that & maple sap!!).
One of the things i learned was that there are many varieties and tastes of mulberry.... quite a range from bland to sweet, tart or insipid. BUT when it is juiced, all of the unpleasant texture associated with eating the berry is removed, and you're left with PURE AMBROSIA! (with seemingly a creaminess to it).
Yes, so even mulberries that wouldn't be fun to eat would be turned into delicous juice!
