Something I never thought I'd hear. Yes the doctor was Indian and into complimentary medicine but still.

I mentioned to her once before that I did oil pulling when she asked what kind of supplements etc I used. So when the results of my lab work showed Low Omega 3s, she asked if was still oil pulling regularly. Since I've been bad about it lately she actually prescribed daily oil pulling!! I love this lady!

I've had a big problem not being able to sleep past 3am after they installed smart meters at my house. I never got around to trying OPing with coconut oil before bed since though it used to help me sleep through the night. Of course every other oil I've tried makes it impossible to sleep at all if done in the evening.

For the last 3 days I've been doing the coconut evening pull (since I just don't have time most mornings and sleeping til morning for the first time since the smart meters were installed. YES!!! Thank you good doctor.
