I have now completed six days plus of a liquid phase. Everything went well. My periods of hunger were manageable. I am now entering a water-only fast phase. A ten day goal is before me. I may try a little dry fasting. That all depends on my thirst level.

The joy of the Lord is my strength! This is the strength I depend on while fasting.
