many folks also choose to put the cayenne in capsules and take one per drink but if you do that , you need to still smudge a bit under your tongue.
this is what i have done with my past mcs.

the main reason for the cayenne is to dissolve the mucus/ plaque build up on intestinal lining.

others mix the cayenne in a small amt of lemonaide and do it at once like a shot glass/ quick down..
then drink rest of lemonaide without it.

and still others have utilised cayenne tinctures a few drops under tongue, then drink the lemonaide without it 8)

these are all workable ideas/ the main thing being..
get a bit under your tongue to prepare the digestive system
and also make sure you get it in you to continuously be dissolving the plaque.
btw cayenne is also a great antiparasitic.
