I'm pretty sure the salt worked better because it raised my blood pressure and stabilized it to a normal level, because when I did have adrenal fatigue it was very low and I don't think it was consistently hitting the prefrontal cortex then. When I was doing HEG my blood pressure was still low and I seen some results from moving my blood to the prefrontal cortex but ultimately the blood pressure was so low that it couldn't hold well.

This year was a huge success for me with many breakthroughs, but I probably should have put it in the first post but I've been working on figuring out whats wrong with me health wise for about 6 years now, this is just the breaking point. It has taken A LOT of trial and error, sacrifice, money, time, and studying to get here. I'm still doing it everyday, I can't wait to get to the point where I feel I can say I am at the optimal physical health I can be at.
