ND, I'm glad that you can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

At times like this, I remind myself that I'm paying for my "sins". It's true, we pay for every wrong "food" we put into our bodies. Your body is cleaning house.

Please continue to be good to yourself, you deserve it.

PS I think you're a genius for figuring out that a liver flush in the middle of your fast would help.
