Hi mira, yes been lying down 24 hrs .. Yesterday i had a massage... Am hanging on as i know this suffering is short lived... Seeing my daughter reminds me why am doing this.. This is for long term health not just vanity.. Why wud i suffer this much if i can just pop a pill and continue eating pain numbing cooked foods? Because i know better, we have to let nature heal us
