I overdid the physical labor, and I was recovering, and doing grapefruit juice,and decided to do a light 'liver cleans' while I was on the grapefruit juice. I only took 4 Epsoms.

This seems to effect a different area of the adrenals because I am wiped out, but its not the death-sucking feeling you get from straight burned out adrenals. Thats a clue to treatment I suppose.
