I agree with the other posts, Steriods have more side effects than benefits. I also have had itchy red scrotum due to Candida Infestation.
For me Topical Prodcuts didnt do much, You need to treat it internally if it is really Fungal/Candida problem.

Message Dr.Erik Bakers Forum he is very familiar with this type of problem.

Personally I have never had any success with Nystatin.

Taking natural Antifungals orally have helped alot (GrapeFruit Seed Extract, Black-Walnut , SF722, Garlic, Olive Leaf Extract). Along with Good Probiotics.
