I've had the exact same thing happen! I loved my Mirena. No issue whatsoever! Then my endocrinologist suggested I have it removed. She doesn't believe in stopping the function of the ovaries.Since it has been removed No period for 3 months. I had blood work to determine I'm not in menopause. The first week or so w/o it I had ZERO energy! I had it inserted b/c my progesterone level was low and I was fine with it. Now I'm just hoping to get back to normal!
