Good to know, Ginagirl. I start losing hair every time I START taking iodine, and it's too thin to play around with. I guess everyone is different. I'm trying to use the Castor Oil/VCO and biotin to keep it from coming out when I'm on the iodine. So far, so good. I see new stuff coming out, but the hair on my arms and legs is starting to get really thin again. This doesn't just affect your head, unfortunately.
