Your candida plan made me feel great, I did it all they way and felt brand new. After weeks of feeling fine I tried living in a small what seems to be how all the people around me do. I had a coke here or there, had a sandwich once in a while, drank a few beers on the weekend and then wam,, all over, it stated all over. The same symptoms. Crushing headache, neck pain, irritable brain fog... So I am guessing this is a life long battle. There is no cure, which would explain why many people do your plan several times. Can you verify that I am correct, there is no end to this horrible infection? If I must lead a life deprived can you please tell me a few things.... its all horrible I know and I will pay for all of it but what is the least problematic alcohol to drink, I'm guessing not beer... wine? vodka? I get so bloated even with a handful of HLC. Even the first 8 weeks plan leaves me with a headache. And advise would be very helpful as I feel like I will forever been on this horrible rollercoaster for life. I started getting mucus in my stool, massive gas bloat... its just horrible and Im scarred because I never stopped taking less than 15 candida force, 6 detox daily and HLC with every meal which is extremely expensive.
