I do not believe that cleansing is going to weaken your immune system in any way. In my experience, it is more likely to improve immunity. Just follow up with a good source of probiotics that has at least 5 to 6 strains of important natural flora and fauna.

I do not have HIV, but if that was my diagnosis,

I would use every tool that I could find.
