Hi all thanks for the much needed encouragement.... I watched a movie on my couch last night to entertain myself... Amd made it trough by adding more juice... Mira am taking wellness powder, hormone balance capsules, liver/ gallbladder tea, 8 LBB and also tea made of sage/ pepermint/lemon balm/st johns worth (not MH formula), i stopped everything yeaterday excepy for LBB which I just lowered to 4 LBB
