Have a search within the forum, as some take borax, others tri-boron. I would say a therapeutic range is within 9-30 mg daily. More in some cases, but for the urination problem; 1/8 of a level teaspoon of borax daily; symptoms gone within a week. Just a guess; if it really is prostate it may take a little longer.
