Weird. I use mag oil every night (two sprays on each hand and on each foot) and I feel better on it. It helps me sleep. And I had really bad sodium issues. My aldosterone was more in trouble than my cortisol. But an Epsom Salt bath will wipe me out if I sit in there too long
