Yes but if you have real adrenal fatigue (tested) and leaky gut syndrome (tested) expecting only diet to cure it is an obvious dead end. Unless you have access to the best food in the world that is extremely high in all the necessary substances to heal. Like large doses of bee pollen or royal jelly (and that would be only for pantothenic acid) and many more really expensive and hard to get stuff.

Not to mention all the lifestyle modifications and more than healing AF needs. In the book of Wilson there is a nice outline.


Good info about cod liver oil. We will see how my body takes it lol
