Thanks for the link Corey, I'm going to read thru it.

I haven't quite felt right for awhile so I'm hoping that cutting out the gluten and drinking bone broth along with a mostly Paleo diet will help. Quitting alcohol has helped alot, the Jack Daniels must have done a real number on my digestive system. Fifty days sober!
