Violen, how long did it take you to work up to 5 grams?
I've been trying to get back into Iodine because i think I never took enough to entirely get rid of my hypothyroidism.
Lately I've gone up to 50 mgs of iodoral but had to stop because I had a hard time working. I am going to try the salt loading, but have been doing everything else per the protocol. I am a big believer in the braggs ACV!
Do you think there is a big difference in Iodoral vs lugols?
