Unfortunately there is no antifungal which will "nip" Candida in the butt. In other words, all the antifungals in the world can't end the suffering from a Candida infestation on a permanent basis. This means that Diflucan and any other antifungal is only capable of temporarily reducing the symptoms of a Candida overgrowth, but you will need a perfect Candida diet which should include lots of prebiotic foods and a full and long-time treatment of supplements such substances which will build a beneficial environment for the beneficial flora but at the same time disrupt the environment of the Candida albicans.
