Fantastic! Yes I know stress is so bad for you. I wish I wasn't so high strung :( I did wonder about the osteoporosis med., not that I want to be on any meds, but I did wonder about it at the beginning of all of this. Have you ever tried any "tooth & gum powder" ? I was thinking of trying it but I am not sure if it really works. Any info on that? Thanks SO much!!!
