I had a similar situation using Magnesium chloride spray. I used it for about 2 weeks (just one spray) and it completely wiped me out. It has taken me months to recover from it. Calcium seemed to help temporarily but I guess the thing that helped the most was adrenal adaptogens and adrenal glandulars. I'm still trying to get back to where I was before the magnesium but I think I'm almost there.
