Unfortunately I do not, but if you don't mind my asking what lab you used if you did it on your own?

My understanding is that saliva is considered pretty reliable for cortisol, but not as reliable for other hormones like DHEA or testosterone, so one of your testosterone readings could be inaccurate.

If it were me I might work on getting the cortisol normalized since that is definitely a problem from your results and see if that provides you any improvement.
