Hi Search,

Since my overall health has always been relatively good, the health improvements I have personally experienced are much less dramatic than many I have read about [and a few I know of personally]. I used too pretty much get a mild "cold" once a year, that would last for a few weeks [I never took any drugs for it, i.e. to shorten it, i.e. the cleansing], accompanied by the expulsion of a "TON" of mucus. I also used to typically wake up with a significant amount of mucus in my sinuses. Now, no colds, and very much reduced sinus mucus.

As an aside, I used to exercise a LOT, but have not now for many years. Also, my overall diet used to be better, but now it is fairly typical [with the exception that I do not eat flesh]. Other than a Bowel Tolerance dose of ascorbic acid daily, the only other supplement I ingest is one multi-vitamin-mineral tablet with dinner [as nutritional "insurance"]. JFYI, I am 64 years old.
