So every morning I wake up there's feces I feel that my butt leaks this out it varies from a little to a lot and the time I use that bathroom seems to have an effect on the amount of feces around my butt also there's sweating which leaks out feces making me smell how do I stop this my bottom sweats no matter what and I feel the sweat is coming from inside my butt rather than just the areas round PLEASE HELP.
