Do you sweat when exposed to heat?
I believe the heat intolerance that we often experience is at least partly to do with the inability to sweat due to dehydration.
Dehydration is likely due to low aldosterone. But it really doesn't seem to matter how much salt and water you consume
I used to have heat intolerance, but it has gone away as I have improved.
Good luck to you
