Thanks. Your success is inspiring! It's really hard for me to tell if it's working. I started w/coconut but nothing seemed to be happening after about 2 wks so I switched to sesame. As I said, my teeth are only a tiny bit loose. If you use a dental pick and try to move them you can see it. But it truly is not much. Just enough for the dentist/perio to want to do all these procedures and tell me my teeth will eventually fall out if I don't do something. So since using the sesame (for about a week now) the teeth seem tighter..but only at certain time of day then they seem back to a tiny bit loose later on. FRUSTRATING! I just want this to work. I do not want gingival graft surgery. Thanks so much for sharing your story! I wish I could say I felt my teeth cemented in after only one pull..that would be amazing!
