Hi, I am new to this site. I am looking for anyone who has had success with oil pulling for loose teeth. I have a few loose teeth - bottom front - from brushing hard for many years. I do not have any infection, no bleeding gums, no swelling, etc. Just major gum recession and now 4 loose teeth. They are only a tiny bit loose. My dentist sent me to a periodontist. I saw a new dr. in that practice and all she wanted to so was pull them all and put in implants!!! My dentist was quite surprised and said NO to that. He does not know this new doctor. Anyway, my dentist talked to the head of the perio. practice and he seems to think gingival grafting & splinting will work. I do NOT want gingival graft surgery, esp. since I will never go back to that perio. office. Even the office staff was nasty! So I have been reading everything I can on fixing loose teeth naturally. Of course I found oil pulling. I started with coconut and moved onto sesame. It seems to be working..but not really sure. I wont be satisfied until the teeth are not moving at all. I also started a with a new product that I will not name b/c I am sure you aren't allowed to here but it is brushing w/an essential oils blend and using a tool to get a peroxide/salt solution into the gum pockets. I know this may take a long time to fix, but I am SO overwhelmed w/anxiety and really need some real people who have had success with OP for loose teeth! Thanks for reading all of this :)
