I am so sorry about all of the health problems you have experienced. It sounds terrible.

It sounds like you are doing a LOT. I also had this similar question about doing enemas and got some advice and decided to do them. Many have stated that it helped a lot during cleansing. I did notice I felt much better after I did one last night. As far as salt water flushes go (for me)....I could not imagine anything worse on the planet and will never do it again as long as I live.

I also have the acne, a stye (with twitching) and nightmares when I am cleansing.

I'm sure some more experienced people will come along and assist you.
