Hi Mary,

How much did you ingest? According to Dr. Cathcart, who had experience with ascorbic acid dosing in over 25,000 patients over a 35 year period, if a person does not approach their Bowel Tolerance limit, i.e. really the amount their body wants/needs to absorb, they typically do not experience any symptom relief.
