As "grist for your mill," I would just ask how much vitamin C you are ingesting? The reason I ask, is if you are not approaching your Bowerl Tolerance "limit," according to Dr. Cathcart, you will see little in any [symptom] improvement.

Additionally, in what form is the ascorbate, e.g. mineral or hydrogen?
