Brush your teeth with very little toothpaste, this way it is less likely toothpaste will touch your lips. You can also brush the teeth with no toothpaste and after that a short session with toothpaste. If you concentrate good enough, no toothpaste should touch the lips, or else dab it with a tissue. For rinsing, put water in your mouth through a straw, and water out also with a straw. It is a pain in the a** in the beginning, but you will get better at itm
