I am doing 1 week one one week off cycles of 100mg DMSA. This is my third week. I had a bad reaction to end of cycle also and was trying to think of ways to mitigate it also. I was going to try the taper method or cut out sulfer foods/ enymes. I take saunas every other day as it is. It helps the symptom overload.
