Hi Grace,

I'd like to ask: What type of "C" did you ingest, e.g. a mineral ascorbate or ascorbic acid? Also, was it in the powder/crystal form or tablets?

What kind of "bleeding" does it cause? I've never heard of ascorbate causing that!

I would be surprised if you would not be able to SLOWLY build back up to being able to ingest ascorbate [in significant quantities]. The antioxidizing electrons are SO beneficial to one's health!
