In the initial 10 days, i literally ate only whipping cream. An important thing is also to whip the cream or " chew " it. This helps the digestion. Dont just drink it as i think it makes it hard to process :-)

In the first 5 days after that i ate apples, papaya and cream and slowly returned to a normal diet but starting the day with my cream combos :-)
