I actually did a 3 day round of ala this week, which probably was a contributor to the problem since my metabolism is sluggish. I'll try again later.
I'm realizing that I titrated t3 downward too soon, before fully pushing more iodine. I'm crashing a bit- going to bad really early, getting heavier and I'm noticing slower speech and gait. But I'm pressing on...
