Bringing borax on board, iI have less fungal symptoms but now the metals symptoms- swimming head, catatonic staring and no drive, full on depressive thoughts have taken over. It would make sense, since fungus and metals go hand in hand. Like most of us here, I'm trying to determine taking more or less iodine.

Today, I took 30 drops of nascent and 10 drops SSKI (vertical)-later will repeat. Is this enough of a leap from 8 of each yesterday or am I suffering from the increases and or fungal die off? I'm willing to take the plunge to more if necessary. What do you think?
