I think ketosis also feeds candida - you cant cut all carbohydrates.
The healthy minimum is about 70g. If your organism tolerates lactose, eat lots of natural or better probiotic yougurths.
Lactose is the only Sugar that candida cant eat.

Since almost all fatty acids in our civilization diet re omega-6, i suggest drinkin linseed oil.
Its the healthies oil and it doesnt ve any mercury - some fish have. Some sources say that anti-inflammatory ability of omega-3 have some antifungal potential.
