Hello AF´ers! I am about to start a comprehensive leaky gut and adrenal program. Silly but the adrenal program will be the one outlined by Dr Wilson in his book. Overlooked for me in the past. I encourage you people to download for free his book and read it. Is good.

But I wanted to ask, do you suffer of fragmented sleep? I wake up an average of 3 times per night, sometimes more, sometimes less. I also have sleep onset insomnia and of course unrefreshing sleep. It is really f***ed up. I know adrenals are huge in sleep but other factors are methylation, leaky gut and thyroid. Trying to dillucidate how much adrenals play a part in my shitty shitty sleep.
