I should point out that up to 2 days ago I did manage to wean him down to just over a quarter of a tablet of ranitidine, but it is just getting him off the last bit of tablet that I don't seem to be able to do. Then I upped it yesterday and it seemed to help him, today I gave him half a tablet and tomorrow I will try quarter of a tablet again. There must be a way to get off these.
