The reason I made a study guide for BOOK I is I heard this from well educated people:



"I read the whole book, and I did not find info regarding the orange juice fasting? Thanks, ######"



I found that people really don't read, they skim or selectively read books. So a study guide helps them allot. But as we all know, people refuse to read/do study guides once they are out of schools, so they are a waste of time and I stopped by BOOK III.



The other option, read the website, BAREFOOT WAY and the 108 pages, etc...and the entire website has its roots in orange juice fasting.
