Hello,

I just want to thank you for telling me your story about the mirena. It always makes me feel better knowing I am not the only one who suffered this way when I got the mirena. It has ruined my life and now I am determined to find a way to get my life back. I had the worst depression, panic attacks, hair loss, weight loss, exhaustion, dizziness and I thought I was going crazy. I simply just did not understand how after two months of being on mirena would it make me not able to function for two months. Luckily I had my boyfriend help me and my friends and family. I just wanted to give up but my son is what made me not give up. Through the grace of God I will get throught this. My whole summer was outside in my chair praying that I would feel better. I detoxed, went on medication because I could not take the anxiety any longer. This has been the worst experience of my life and I will always do more research on medications. I will never go on another birth control ever again. I would rather just take the chance of getting pregnant.
