Great reminders, especially about researching restaurants firs, particularly on health department inspection sites. I never drink iced anything in restaurants, nor anything that is not bottled unless heated (teas). Good advice here. Always remember, you can tell a LOT about a restaurant by inspecting the rest rooms. Seat yourself then excuse yourself to the restroom before ordering. If the restroom in not absolutely sparkling, don't bother.
