Just jump in to it, but yes I have been on Iodine for 5 years, mg 100-300. No leveling since I decided to count dropperfuls, not drops.
- I think it is more about how much you can handle, and for how long, much more than age.
This is all the detox I had this time; compare it with the detox on 1 mg a day, 2-3 etc. Not a one size fit all, but an option.
