tpno- I can relate to the brain fog. It can be downright overwhelming. It's hard to to function/work and deal with the brain fog. I had to stop with  undecenoic acid and capric acid because the brain fog was just too much.

Are you still doing the GSE? Was that causing too much bad symptoms?

GSE did seem to cause me some anxiety...The GSE liquid seemed more harsh on the gut than the dried powder capsules.
