gerbil in your opinion does not the idea of repeating some thing in an obsession or compulsion manner. does this activity can affect the brain over time in your opinion.
irregardless if it ias negative or positive. repeating matters in an obsession or complusion manner says it can modify the brain. in your opinion repeatng the same negative ideas for years indicates to be destructive on the physical brain and body. why would any one that is pursueing health after years of being sick why would any one want to remain sick if OCD is conneccted to staying or making ones self sick?
