I did a 2 day dry fast. Was getting to thin, like bones only thin. On day two I had allot of activity under my right ribcage, all day long. I took a picture of my bowel movement on the day of refeeding, there was clearly some black mucus and things that looked like stones (but are infact caused by faulty diet, i dont believe they are stones, they are those green ones). My next goal is to gain some weight and then do a 5 day fast. We shall see.
