Wow, thanks for this post! I just started back on Iodoral and have always thought that I never went high enough in my dosage. I've been taking it off an on for 4 years and I got off my synthroid but have still not felt like before the thyroid issues. So Now that there is so much more info and a protocol I guess I'm going up! I've been taking Iodoral for a week this time and am up to 50 MG(4 pills).
I'm taking all of the other supplements.
I'm 50 and am in pretty good shape but how quickly should I go up to say 100mg?
I've never done a salt flush, should I stop and do one and then start again or keep upping my dose and do the salt flushes along the way?
